My Total Regenerative Tips

Here are my tips in body regeneration:

  1. Make and drink fresh vegetable juice daily. It is highly nourishing and your body will love the amazing benefits from fresh minerals and antioxidants.
  2. Exercise at least 10 minutes a day on the rebounded trampoline to wake up and pump the lymphatic system.
  3. Do dry skin brushing. Skin is your third kidney and your largest elimination channel. You speed up your circulation by getting rid of dead cells and rejuvenating the live ones.
  4. Mediate. Do yoga of your choice.
  5. Do deep breathing.
  6. Sun bathe. It is my most favorite relaxation time in early morning or late afternoon, and make some vitamin D for your body.
  7. Eat vital food. Stop eating after 7 PM.
  8. Go to bed early — no later than 9:30 PM.
  9. Get fresh air.
  10. Practice gratitude.
