My Total Regenerative Tips
Here are my tips in body regeneration:
- Make and drink fresh vegetable juice daily. It is highly nourishing and your body will love the amazing benefits from fresh minerals and antioxidants.
- Exercise at least 10 minutes a day on the rebounded trampoline to wake up and pump the lymphatic system.
- Do dry skin brushing. Skin is your third kidney and your largest elimination channel. You speed up your circulation by getting rid of dead cells and rejuvenating the live ones.
- Mediate. Do yoga of your choice.
- Do deep breathing.
- Sun bathe. It is my most favorite relaxation time in early morning or late afternoon, and make some vitamin D for your body.
- Eat vital food. Stop eating after 7 PM.
- Go to bed early — no later than 9:30 PM.
- Get fresh air.
- Practice gratitude.
