Toxic Overload

There is only one dis-ease and that is deficiency of energy that leads to malfunctioning cells that further disrupts tissue vitality. Next, it creates organ dysfunction. Lastly, we begin seeing symptoms.

Toxicity within cells causes disrupton of nutrients within tissues and organs. Most people think toxins come from outside their body, but the truth is toxic overload comes from unhealthy cellular metabolism. It is like an oil refinery that produces oil from crude oil, but the end result is that it also produces waste. Within our mammal metabolism we also end up with metabolic byproducts from hormones and neurotransmitters.

The question is what should we do when we are exposed to the following:

  1. electro smog
  2. petrochemical pollution (wearing perfumes)
  3. air pollution
  4. processed and pesticide-laden food consumption
  5. unmanaged stressful life
  6. Toxic chemicals used in feminine hygiene products
  7. vitamins and supplements that have fillers

As it is often said we do not have to live in a tent, however, we can and should minimize our toxic load by following these simple steps:

  1. Use fresh, organic, and preferably non-animal (vegan) nutrition
  2. Use highest technology water purification devices
  3. Increase your intake of negative ions
  4. Use purely organic personal health care products
  5. Use nutrition supplements that are formulated and prepared under strict quality control and free from pesticides.
  6. Learn to carry out detoxification according to your personal needs. You may wish to explore consultation with an expert.
  7. Exercise regularly, specially maintain outdoor activities which is inducing to increasing your vitality.
  8. Manage your stress via yoga meditation.

Muscular System

Maintaining an active muscular system is critical in providing proper motion in the body. In fact, motion is an essential function that results from contraction and relaxation of muscles.

Even though our bones and joints play a major role in body’s framework,  by themselves they cannot move. Muscular system consists of highly specialized cells and tissues that are responsible for almost all forms of movements, as well as mainains posture in the human body.

Most importantly, muscular system generates heat. It is estimated that 75% of the energy produced to power muscles escapes as heat. This byprodcut of muscle activity is vital in maintaining body heat.

A healthy and active muscular system must receive optimum nutrition one a regular basis. Supporting the digestive system as in enzymes will help the macro and micro-nutrients to be absorbed.

Promoting adequate bloodflow or improving microcirculation will deliver nutrients to the muscle cells. Additional nutrients are minerals, antioxidants, and electron transport.

My Total Regenerative Tips

Here are my tips in body regeneration:

  1. Make and drink fresh vegetable juice daily. It is highly nourishing and your body will love the amazing benefits from fresh minerals and antioxidants.
  2. Exercise at least 10 minutes a day on the rebounded trampoline to wake up and pump the lymphatic system.
  3. Do dry skin brushing. Skin is your third kidney and your largest elimination channel. You speed up your circulation by getting rid of dead cells and rejuvenating the live ones.
  4. Mediate. Do yoga of your choice.
  5. Do deep breathing.
  6. Sun bathe. It is my most favorite relaxation time in early morning or late afternoon, and make some vitamin D for your body.
  7. Eat vital food. Stop eating after 7 PM.
  8. Go to bed early — no later than 9:30 PM.
  9. Get fresh air.
  10. Practice gratitude.
